I hired Steve Ray to get my house ready for sale. There had been water damage which required a number of fixes: chimney faceboard damage, floor tile and grouting, and a gaping hole between floors over the shower. He also removed old wallpaper, painted those walls and the living room ceiling. Steve proved to be a man of his word and kept me well informed; he generally responded to my texts within 5 minutes.
